Sunburst Gymnastics Training Center is a 15,000 square foot facility with state-of-the-art equipment. Sunburst is located in Union, New Jersey and is easily accessible from Morris Ave., Rt. 78, Springfield Ave., and Rt. 22 West.

Sunburst Gymnastics has a wide variety of classes for each and every child from beginner to the advanced level gymnast. We provide appropriate instruction for both boys and girls from 18 months to 18 years of age.

The uses of gymnastics:

Gymnastics can be used as a cross-training sport, too. Basic motor movements, coordination, concentration, and motivation can be learned by participating in our gymnastics classes.

Whether a serious competitor or a recreational gymnast, gymnastics has something to offer everyone. At Sunburst, we have something for everyone and know how to make it exciting and challenging!!!

Parent & Tot: from 18 months to 3 1/2 years old. This class teaches basic motor movements and spacial awareness. The parent and the child learn together along side of the instructor. Class time – 45 minutes Please read Parent & Tot Guidelines

Tiny Tot: from 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 years old. Here the child learns the basics of gymnastics, focusing on balance, coordination, concentration skills, and most of all FUN!!! Class time – 45 minutes

Kinder: from 4 1/2 to 5 1/1 years old. In this class, the child learns how to develop their fundamental skills.

Recreational Class: from 5 1/2 & up. This type of class consists of all the same ability level, age and gender so the class is always challenging and fun.

Competitive Teams: from 5 to 18 years old. Boys & Girls Teams available. Placement on our Team Program is done by evaluation only! Sunburst Gymnastics has 4 different Competitive Programs : USAG Girls & Boys, USAIGC, & JOGA. All Programs have won various State , Regional, & National titles.

Birthday Parties: Have your child’s next birthday party here at Sunburst Gymnastics. We offer parties on Saturday & Sundays during the school year. Parties start at the age of 5. Call for prices and availability.

Summer Camp: Our Summer Camp offers Half Day & Full Day options. Camp activities include: gymnastics, arts-n-crafts, sport games, rec. games. Swimming & bowling for Full Day Campers Only.
