From the South:

    Garden State Parkway to exit 139B Union {hairpin exit}.  Follow thru 2 traffic lights, stay in left lane.   At the Union Circle {designated with a cannon and flagpole} make a sharp left onto Elmwood Ave.  Follow Elmwood Ave. to the end {traffic light} and bear left onto Morris Ave.  At the first traffic light make a left onto Rahway Ave.  Follow Rahway Ave. almost to the end.  The gym will be the second building from the end on the left hand side.

From the North:

    Garden State Parkway to Rt. 22 West {Exit 140A}.  Follow Rt. 22 W, when you pass Best Buy which is in the Union Plaza Strip Mall, take the next right {just before Charlie Brown's restaurant} onto Springfield Road {not to be confused with Springfield Ave.}.  Follow thru a traffic light where the road changes names to Liberty Ave.  At the very next light, make a right onto Rahway Ave.  The gym is the second building on the right hand side.
